This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Saana Inc. (operating as Raeven) (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and users of the theraeven.com website (“User,” “you”). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Licensing Terms.
1. General Terms

2.4 Products are delivered digitally via automatic download after payment.
2.5 By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad’s terms of service in addition to our own.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate availability for download, all sales are final.
3.2 No refunds will be issued once the digital files have been downloaded.
3.3 We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Downloaded digital files
- Compatibility issues
3.4 If you experience technical issues with download, contact Gumroad support within 24 hours of purchase.
4.1 All website content and images are owned by Saana Inc.
4.2 All images are AI-generated using Midjourney and created by Saana Inc.
4.3 Purchased images may be used commercially with these exceptions:
- No reselling as stock images
- No redistributing the collections
- No claiming ownership of the AI-generated images
4.4 Images are provided as-is in web-ready format.
5. Website Usage
5.1 You agree to use the website in a lawful manner and not to:
- Interfere with website operations
- Copy or steal website content
- Misuse any features or services
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6.2 Saana Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.
6.3 We are not responsible for any technical issues beyond our control.
6.4 Users assume all responsibility for the use of AI-generated images.
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
8.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
8.3 Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
